The average number of finishers of the World Tour Teams in 2013

Omega Pharma – Quick Step had the most riders finishing (semi)classics. 6.34 riders finished on average. In the stage races Radioshack Leopard Trek had the best record with on average 7.62 riders at the finish

Compare to 2012 and 2011

The average number of finishers in (semi) classics has gone up compared to 2012.
In stage races it has gone down. Biggest reason for that is that the UCI has experimented with smaller teams in some stage races.
